I build high-performing engineering organizations by modernizing infrastructure, implementing process discipline, and mentoring the next generation of technical humans
My story
My Story
I've spent my career building reliable systems and the teams that sustain them. My work centers on problems that require both technical depth and human judgment: migrating infrastructure without breaking production, restructuring engineering after mergers, and shipping compliance-heavy products under real regulatory pressure.
About
Engineering leader who scales teams through infrastructure and discipline
I'm an engineering leader focused on the work that doesn't automate away: making judgment calls on architecture, building hiring discipline, and aligning teams across functions. I've spent the last decade moving between founding roles and technical leadership positions where I could combine deep technical work with organizational impact. At Bitcoin Depot and Concora, I led engineering teams through post-merger restructuring, implemented regulatory compliance systems across jurisdictions, and reduced cloud infrastructure costs by strategically migrating from Heroku to AWS and adopting serverless architecture. I've improved delivery velocity through Git branching strategy and process standardization—the kind of foundational work that compounds over time.
